As the world continues to battle the spread of Covid-19, we have implemented a number of measures at Triton Risk Management to protect our employees and customers.

Triton has been preparing and responding to the unprecedented impacts of Covid-19 for a number of months, since February we have been working closely with customers and employees as the pandemic has spread into Europe and the United Kingdom.

Triton are responsible for delivering crucially important services to critical infrastructure and assets throughout the United Kingdom. Employee and customer safety and security is of paramount importance to us. As such, we are following the guidance of public health authorities and making sure the advice is communicated throughout the organisation.

We focused on the highest exposure areas first and ensured that our teams operating in these areas had the support, additional equipment and guidance they needed to stay safe and to deliver the high standards of service that we and our customers expect. Our staff have responded with extraordinary spirit and resilience and we are proud and grateful for the professional commitment they have clearly shown.

Our employees play an important role in keeping people and assets safe, something we take very seriously. We understand our customers are experiencing never before seen levels of disruption to their operating environments, in response, we are being as flexible as we can to make sure we support the evolving needs of our customers.

Our employees have been designated as key workers. This will help to ensure that we can continue to provide key services to our customers’ critical sites.

The situation relating to Covid-19 changes each day and we are continuing to monitor developments and adapt our plans accordingly. We have implemented remote working practices where possible and are responding to changing customer needs and the many other challenges it brings as the progression of the virus continues.
